Application and Holding Deposit Disclaimer:
-Approved applications are required to begin their lease and take possession of the unit within 14 days of approval. To hold a unit during this period, a non-refundable holding deposit equal to 25% of one month’s rent is required within 48 hours of approval.
-If the applicant chooses not to move in or fails to sign the lease and take possession within 14 days, the holding deposit will be forfeited as liquidated damages.
-If the lease is executed and the applicant takes possession as agreed, the holding deposit will be applied toward the security deposit.
-If the unit is not vacant at the time of the approved application, this holding deposit requirement does not apply until the unit becomes vacant and has been inspected.
